Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

Returns / Exchange Policy

If you have received the correct order and are unsatisfied with the fit of them item, we’re happy to accommodate this request within 2 days of receiving. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse. Once we receive the item, you will be refunded within 5 - 7 business days via the method of payment the item was originally purchased. Please note, all accessories cannot be returned. 

To begin your return, please email support@playboylabs.com and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Name on the order
  3. Email address the order was made with
  4. Reason for your request.

 

We will provide a confirmation email to be printed out and included with the item in the return package. 

We currently do not offer exchanges. You will have to go through the return process and purchase replacement product, if available, at Playboylabs.com. 

 

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please email support@playboylabs.com and include: 

  1. Your order number
  2. Name on the order
  3. Email address the order was made with
  4. Your request and most importantly
  5. A photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. 

The most optimal pictures are taken on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing. 

 

Cancel Order Policy

Unfortunately since all of our orders are custom and made-to-order, we cannot accept cancellations once the order is in production. 

Most orders go into production 24 hours after purchasing. If you would like to check if it’s possible to cancel your order, please email support@playboylabs.com and include: 

  1. Your order number
  2. Name on the order
  3. Email address the order was made with
  4. Your request.

  

Refund Policy

Once you receive an email confirmation for your return and the product is received in our facility with a printout of the confirmation email, we will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). When you will receive the credit to your account will depend on your card issuer's policies. 

We have the right to cancel orders that abuse our terms & conditions. We will refund those orders suspected of fraud.  Plead read our terms & conditions carefully. 

Please review our shipping policy as it states that it can take 30-90 Business Days to produce items, not including holidays & weekends. Therefore, we have the right to initiate a case if we receive a chargeback within the time frame.
